SHIPPING
Current turnaround for non Christmas orders is 7 business days (please see below for Christmas orders). If you require your order quicker than this please contact us before ordering and I'll do my best to meet your requirements.

Shipping to the UK
At the time of checkout you will have the option to select one of the following options:

Standard 2nd class postage with Royal Mail (3-5 working days - although may be longer due to covid) - £4.00

Courier with DPD (1-4 working days - tracked) - £6.00

Royal Mail (24hr tracked) - £9.00

Royal Mail (48hr tracked) - £6.00

If you select standard shipping please note you will not receive a tracking number.
If your parcel is over 2kg in weight it will be posted via courier not with Royal Mail this is so we are able to keep our postage costs to a minimum.

Return & Exchange
We are sure that you will absolutely love your order from us, but if for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase from us please get in touch with us by emailing hello@charlieandoscar.co.uk within 14 of receiving your order. Please include your order number.
